Dear you! We are two girls having our daily work at the university and we a looking for a third female room-mate. We live next to Delsjön and its forrest, by tramstops Munkebäckstorget and Solrosgatan.
Rent 4800 SEK/month includes everything (rent, internet, electricity/water, laundry).
Deposit is 1 months rent 4800 SEK.
We live in a roomy house where the owners live on ground level (and their cat). Your room will be on 1 floor with us, and there are also two people living upstairs. Laundry is in the basement and shared by all of us.
On our 1. floor, the 3 of us alone, share: Living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom and a good sized balcony. You have your own room equipped with a desk, bedside table, chair, light, a dresser for storage, a wardrobe and a bed. We take turns cleaning the apartment approximately once a week, and share the costs for everyday utensils (cleaning products, toiletpaper etc.)
Marie is German and just started workings as a Scientiest at GU. Konstantina is Greek and is studying at Chalmers for 1 year now, starting to do her Masters thesis. We are both open and friendly people.
You will sign the contract with the owner of the house.
