En stor altan hör till lägenheten, med utemöbler och möjlighet till att grilla - som gjort för att njuta av varma sommarkvällar. Flera trevliga badstränder finns inom 3 kilometer samt nära till skog och natur för promenader och jogging. Goda kommunikationer till centrum, Torslanda torg och Volvo Torslanda. Busshållplatsen ligger 5 minuter bort.

We are renting out a nice and bright apartment in our house in Lilleby, Torslanda. Both long term (months) or short term, week(s), rental is possible.

Our house is located quietly at the end of a street. The apartment has its own separate entrance and is fully furnished. Underfloor heating in the whole apartment. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are essentially new. Electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. Good wired or wireless internet can be arranged for a small extra fee. If you have car, you can park it free of charge on the street.

A spacious patio with outdoor furtniture and possibility to barbecue is part of the rent - as made for enjoying warm summer days. There are several beaches within 3 km from the apartment. Close to nice nature for walking and jogging. Bus stand is just 5 minutes away with buses going to the city center, Torslanda torg, and Volvo Cars.

The apartment is available straight away. For rent only to non-smoking and pet-free person or pair with economy in good order.
