Rent, Finance & IMD Operating costs: The monthly rent for the apartment including full furniture is set at 12,015 SEK in full accordance with the rent committee's rules. In addition, the actual variable costs for IMD (cold water, hot water, electricity and related VAT) are added retroactively each month, exactly according to Wallenstam's specified specification on the rent statement (historically approx. 500–600 SEK/month depending on consumption).
