Renting out one room in a 4 bedroom flat to preferably female 30+ years of age (I am female myself). Good if you're a team player and you like the place neat and quiet and want share a meal or two together once in awhile. The room itself is quite large with separate wardrobes, we share a living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a cleaner 2+ times per month that helps out but otherwise we all help out to keep the place livable. As for the area, there is plenty of places around Södermalm to go out and we're very central, about 2 minutes walk to Slussen's subway station. First and seconds month up front, with an additional smaller deposit and cleaning fee for move out.
