Hi I have a nice flat, 85 square meters with 3 rooms, 2 toilets, big kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a balcony. Flat has a nice view to forest. It is in 5th floor and furnished. There is a bed, a desk, a bookshelf and a dresser for your clothes. It takes 15 minutes to go to the city with tram 4 or 8, and 18 minutes to Chalmers with tram 8. I am looking for someone how has experiance to live with others, non smoker . You need to be tidy. At the moment a Post PHD student lives in the flat. I ask for one month deposits and a reference. Please write me about your situation with work, study.. I would rather to have one year contract and not shorter period .
